Rates
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance as well as all clients who have OUT OF NETWORK insurance benfits, in addition to  private pay clients. I offer a sliding scale based on income level.

Payment
Cash and check are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that I do have 24-hour cancellation policy and full payment is expected if you are unable to honor this.
